Although there were so many neat photo ops at this wedding the most impressive thing there was the love that Bryan and Rachel had for each other and the love that their friends and family had for them. It was my pleasure to second shoot for Tiffany Axtmann at their wedding.

Little Details
After sharing my previous post of all my favorite black and white images from my most recent experience second shooting for Ruth Eileen Photography I thought I’d share a few more detail shots in color.
Moody & Romantic Wedding
These are some of my favorite shots that I took as Ruthie’s second shooter back in January. As I was processing them I realized that I loved so many of them in black and white that I thought I would create a blog post dedicated solely to the black and white shots. You can see many other photos from this wedding on the Ruth Eileen Photography site.
Sea Glass & Pearls
Day 2 of 30 Days / 30 Photos. I woke up dreaming about this project! I really did. I love how it gets my creative juices flowing. I started off with a painting (the back drop) and some glass bottles. I wanted it to feel like a complete thought though (and I didn’t know what that was) and I wasn’t there yet. Then I realized I wanted to create an image that represented a “details” shot from a wedding with layers of light, layers of texture, layers of color and then there you have it.
Mount Hope Farm Wedding
This is a wedding where I was the second shooter for Ruth Eileen Photography. I was blown away by the amount of detail and planning that went into this lovely affair. You can see more images and view links to resources from this wedding HERE.
Tom & Patti
Tom and Patti were married on a beautiful day in November. The sun was shining and Patti was radient. I loved when she entered the sanctuary. She took her time walking down the aisle, singing to God and to Tom. I looked over and he was singing too. It was a sweet wedding and then they were off to their honeymoon!
South Boston Wedding
I’ve had the biggest blessing to be able to second shoot for Ruth Eileen Photography this year. Here are some of my favorite photos from Maggie and Jim’s wedding. You can check out more images from this wedding on Ruthie’s blog.
Clouds Hill Victorian House
I loved all of the vintage details at Tara and Louis’ wedding and the colors couldn’t have gone more perfectly with the venue! And it gets better. The guys got to hang out in the billiards room on the third floor of this lovely Victorian mansion. Thank you Ruth Eileen Photography for letting me second shoot this wedding with you.
