I loved Katie and Julio’s rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. It was outdoors at the ceremony sight with catering from Central Market. It was a beautiful night and I’m so grateful that I was able to share it with them. Can’t wait to post images from their wedding!

A few moments before their rehearsal dinner Katie, Julio and I ran off and took these sweet couple photos. You can tell they are best friends. And check out Katie’s henna designs on her hands! Aren’t they beautiful? I’ve known Katie for a long time and one of our favorite pastimes has been to watch Bollywood movies together and bake vegan delights! So, although Julio is Filipino the henna was no surprise to me!

While we visited Dallas, Tx last week we had the opportunity to take photos at Arlington Hall at Lee Park with the Eakins! It was a beautiful day and the Dee sure knows how to style everyone! Love y’all!

I’m delighted to share this sneak peek of Julio and Katie’s wedding. I chose this photo because it is so symbolic of the entire day, notice how many traditions and cultures are represented in this one photograph (Oh and Katie’s mother made her dress!!). This image says so much about the couple. The only thing you can’t tell from this photo is how goofy (and talented) they are but more of that to come later ; )

I am thrilled to share with all of you a styled engagement session by Alli Coate and myself. We got together for coffee one morning knowing that we wanted to plan something and the conversation lead to, “What could we get done in one week?” And this is it, a labor of love.

Our inspiration came from the town of Bristol, Rhode Island. They have strong patriotic roots boasting historically the longest running 4th of July parade in the United States! Alli designed an elegant and modern invitation suite complete with a save-the-date match box and a sparkle confetti pouch!
